  I'm pretty sure they don't use the correct food. Fries look like they came from Walmart. No boxes or bag for food. Food came in a styrofoam container.

  If you ever want to feel ignored or unappreciated as a customer, this is the perfect place for you. In the truest sense of the word, everything about this DQ can be described as "Abysmal." Terrible service. As someone who works in customer service, I try to cut others some slack when it comes to their jobs when working with the public. I get it. Customers can be tough sometimes. So for me to be this disappointed to write a negative review says a lot. Staff didn't care, moved and worked with no sense of purpose or regard for the customer. A drive through shouldn't be a 25 minute experience. Trying to treat someone to icecream to improve their day should not cause more anxiety or stress. No doubt this was still a memorable experience, and I will always remember to not return.
