  I love the food as always. But every time I go in or call this place. The service is absolutely terrible. I just called 5 min ago and the lady sounded like she wanted to kill herself or someone. It's ridiculous. I'm a GM and I would never stand for my employees to be rude in any way let alone on my floor. Please please please fix this

  When I get an order for pick up, it is great. When I order delivery, it sucks. The order is never right, and it is cold. I called and complained about our incorrect order, and they gave us a credit for the entire amount. So we ordered the exact same order, and they tried to charge us $12 extra bucks. They eventually got rid of that, and sent the order, but it was still wrong. Very disappointing. We live right down the street, like a 2 minute drive IF you hit traffic, and it always takes more than an hour to get our cold pizza. Not a fan, we have moved to Poppa Johns.

  First and last time i will order from pizza hot. 1 hour late, not only that but the food was COLD the pizza was upside down and the Bread was sooooo hard like rock and looked so disgusting. pizza hot in the US is the worst pizza hot
